Listed below are links to two lists (one
sorted by “Employer Name,” the other sorted by “Local”) which
identify contributing employers to Central Laborers’ Pension
Fund and their status regarding the Fund’s Rehabilitation Plan’s
Preferred and Default Schedules. As described in the
Rehabilitation Plan, an employer’s adoption of either the
Preferred Schedule or the Default Schedule (or failure to adopt
either Schedule) affects the pension benefits payable to
participants. An employer name highlighted in
green indicates that the employer has adopted the Preferred
Schedule. An employer name highlighted in yellow indicates that
the employer has adopted neither the Preferred Schedule nor the
Default Schedule. Finally, an employer name highlighted in red
indicates the employer has adopted the Default Schedule. Please
refer to the Rehabilitation Plan for more information regarding
the Preferred and Default Schedules and the effect that such
schedules may have on a participant’s pension benefits. Should
you have any questions, please contact the Pension Fund’s office
at 800-252-6571.
